Types of Bricks

Handmade – bricks made by hand or hand process
Smooth Glazed – bricks that are smooth with a shiny coating
Pressed – bricks made with a lot of pressure exerted on them
Stock -
Tumbled – bricks whirled in a drum of some sort to create the tumbled look.
Wire cut - A brick cut and shaped by extrusion before heating; the long bar of bricks is cut by wire.
Engineering brick – bricks with extra strength

They come in following formats:

Solid – unbroken brick , no gaps/ holes in brick
Perforated – A brick with perforations. Brick will have reduced weight, brick drys quickly, meaning quicker to burn,
Frogged – indentations on one of the longer faces
Solid/ Perforated
